Associate Clinician Application
Research Triangle Counseling is growing, and we are looking for passionate, trauma-informed Associate-Level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC-A) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists (LCAS-A), W-2 Position to join our team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a valid North Carolina LCMHC-A or LCAS-A license
- Passion for or willingness to learn trauma treatment modalities
- Strong commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
Position Overview
W-2 employee position (not a contractor role)
Flexible virtual-first model with an optional in-person option in RTP or Charlotte – University Research Park area
Clinical supervision included to support your licensure process
