We are looking for associate-level therapists (LCMHC-A, LCAS-A) who are excited to join a collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused environment.   • Professional Development: We are committed to your growth. We provide supervision for associate-level therapists, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to advance their skills and gain valuable experience.

We’re looking for clinicians who:

  • Hold at least an Associate-level LCMHC-A or LCAS-A license in the state of North Carolina.

  • Have a desire to growwithin a group practice and thrive in a team-oriented

  • Bring experience in Career Counseling(preferred but not required).

  • Have additional training in a trauma modality(highly preferred).

  • Are passionate about working with individuals in distressand providing compassionate, effective care.
